Home Management

Home management is the newest service we offer. With an established clientele of pet owners, they had come to rely on us more and more for the security of their homes when they went away. This has translated into managing their homes and lives, while work related or family related issues took precedence.

This is an opportunity for our customers to take advantage of our lifetime of experience in home ownership and running a household. I have gathered a group of trustworthy and efficient contractors/tradesman that can quote a job for you. Or I can supervise the tradesman of your choice. I work on your behalf to help avoid costly mistakes, going over budget and all the small things that can make home ownership tedious when you are trying to maintain a 9-5 job.

All decisions are made by you, I am your eyes and ears on site...your personal home manager.

What is Home Management?

Home Management is a custom service that is tailored to suit whatever your household needs to run smoothly.

I can research and organize everything from a major renovation or as simple as waiting for a repair person.

How does it work?

You give a general overview of what you are looking for in your project and your deadline. I put together a full project proposal including:

• Budget

• Service personnel

• Estimate

This information is given to you for approval. Modifications can be made because nothing has been cast in stone.
